The Process

At Hunjan Dental Practice we feel the design and planning of your smile is vital to achieving the results you expect. We will start with a detailed discussion on shade, size and shape of the teeth. We can create a design you are happy with after some discussion to assess our needs and expectations and even models of what it could look like if you want to see it.

The tooth surface is thoroughly cleaned with air and water and white filling material is bonded using a UV light over the existing tooth to create the perfect look for you. There is no need for numbing and no damage to the tooth.

If you are unhappy with the colour of the teeth, they can be whitened prior to treatment so that there is less need for thicker layers of the filling and the results can be very natural. This treatment can also provide some protection for worn teeth and overall help you to build more self esteem.

Veneers

This is an ultra-thin layer of material usually made of porcelain that is lab made and placed over the front visible surface of a tooth in order to improve the size, shape and alignment in a similar way to composite bonding.
